In alchemy
Rubedo, the reddening. The colour of fire, of cinnabar, of sunset. It is the completion of the Great Work: the alchemical wedding of sun and moon, the philosopher’s stone, the matter that has passed through black, white and yellow and is now what it was meant to be. For the alchemists it was the sign that the work had succeeded. Jung saw in it the Self coming into being.
In our work
This is the release, and it is not a day: it is a phase. The product goes live, but live does not mean finished. We stay alongside it in the first weeks, watch what happens when real people use it, and fix what only use reveals. Then we hand it over for real: code, access, documents, everything in your name.
What we actually do
We go live calmly, with a plan to roll back if needed. We write the documentation for those who will use it and for those who, one day, will maintain it, even without us. We hand you the keys to everything. We stay available for an agreed period, and we leave you an honest list of what is worth improving next.
Why it matters
Too many projects end with a file sent by email and a supplier who disappears. The gold has to reach you: a product you own, understand and can grow with anyone, us included. It is the difference between buying a job and getting a result.

The cycle starts again: every improvement begins with a small Nigredo. But this time with a real product under your feet.
