The fusion that creates value.

Kilonova is a development and design studio. Two people, two crafts, one outcome: digital products that work, and that people want to look at.

What we do

Two crafts, one product.

Development

Backend, databases, integrations, automation. Code that holds, sized to what is actually needed, shipped early and improved calmly.

  • APIs and backend services
  • Databases and data models
  • Integrations and automation
  • Maintaining and evolving existing systems

Design

Identity, interfaces, communication. A brand people recognise, pages they understand at a glance, words that say what you do.

  • Visual identity and brand
  • Web design and interfaces
  • Content and communication
  • Presentations and materials

Together we deliver the whole product: thought through, designed, built.

The method

Four phases, one fusion.

The names come from alchemy, the way we work is concrete: every phase ends with something you can see.

  1. 01

    Nigredo

    Analysis

We take the problem apart. We find out what is really needed, what already exists, and what can be left out.

  2. 02

    Albedo

    Design and identity

We give it shape and clarity: structure, interface, words, brand. You see it before we build it.

    Explore the phase →
  3. 03

    Citrinitas

    Development

We build. Clean code, small frequent releases, no surprises.

  4. 04

    Rubedo

    Release

The gold reaches you: the product is live, documented, yours. Then we improve it together.
